Welcome to Psychology Resources

At Psychology Resources we provide quality mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our licensed masters and doctoral level clinicians design interventions based on clinical research and best practices. We employ a wide range of strategies and techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family systems therapy, applied behavior analysis, and E.M.D.R. Additionally, we provide A.S.L. services for the deaf and hard of hearing.

Psychological assessments are conducted to diagnose emotional and psycho-educational problems, and to generate practical recommendations for intervention. Types of problems we diagnose include Autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, AD/HD, and learning disorders.

Individual psychotherapy is provided for people of all ages facing a variety of concerns. Clinicians and clients agree on treatment goals, develop strategies, and enlist support to accomplish these goals. Parents or caregivers of children participate in their child’s treatment.

Marital counseling is provided to couples with a variety of concerns.

Family therapy is provided to families impacted by mental health and substance abuse problems.

Parent consultations are provided to help parents develop a shared parenting plan and to employ strategies based on effective behavior support techniques.

Social skills psychotherapy groups are offered for elementary-aged children. Additionally we offer social skills psychotherapy groups for middle and high school teenagers on the Autism spectrum. All groups for children involve direct services with children as well as a parent component focused on developing parenting strategies.

Group psychotherapy is offered to support men and women struggling with interpersonal conflicts.
